Parking
Street parking near our Stoughton spa is available on Porter Street, Rose Street and at the Stoughton MBTA train station.

Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Note that a late arrival may deprive you of valuable treatment time.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your appointment. If the appointment is missed, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to your credit card unless 24-hour notice is given. If you would like to avoid giving a credit card number, you may request an appointment on the day you want a treatment.

Payment for all individual services and packages must be paid in full at the time of the first service. We do not offer financing or payment plans. All services are final sale and there are no refunds or credits issued for any services. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; we do not accept checks. Please note that gratuities/tips cannot be paid by credit card, debit cards or gift certificates.

Rescheduling or Cancelling 
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us by phone or email 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our scheduling fee and rescheduling and cancellation policy.

Appointment Confirmation Required

Return Policy
Products and merchandise – Store credit only for regular priced unopened and unused skin care products and merchandise when returned within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items – All sale items final sale
Gift certificates – May not be returned or exchanged for cash
(Environ may qualify for refund after consultation)

Coupons, Discounts & Specials
‘Pure Bucks’, coupons and specials cannot be combined with packages and other discounts. Only one coupon per person per visit.

Gift Certificates/Cards
Gift Certificates are perfect for any occasion. Gift certificates can be purchased for a dollar amount only and not a specific service or product as services and products may change from time to time. They cannot be used for tips, certain contracted services, returned or exchanged for cash.

Referral Program
When you refer a family member, friend or co-worker to Pure Skin Care, we will reward you with $5 Pure Bucks for your next service of $40 or more. It’s our way of saying thanks!

Gratuity/Tip
In appreciation of outstanding service, an 18-20% gratuity is customary. Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. Please note that gratuities cannot be paid by credit card, debit cards or gift certificates.

Treatment Outcomes
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Esthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given service will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for services to be performed — not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
