Below, please find a few important details about our skin care salon.

Parking
Street parking near our Stoughton spa is available on Porter Street, Rose Street and at the Stoughton MBTA train station.

Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Note that a late arrival may deprive you of valuable treatment time.

Appointment Confirmation Required
If you do not confirm at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will assume you no longer want your appointment and you may be removed from the schedule. To confirm your appointment please:

Cancellations Require 24 Hours Notice
We reserve the right to charge you the full service fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you “no show” as these last minute changes present a real hardship to our business. To cancel your appointment please:

Payment
We accept cash, and American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards for amounts more than $10. Please note that gratuities/tips cannot be paid by credit card.

Return Policy
Products and merchandise – Store credit only for regular priced unopened and unused skin care products and merchandise when returned within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items – All sale items final sale
Gift certificates – May not be returned or exchanged for cash
(Environ may qualify for refund after consultation)

Referral Program
When you refer a family member, friend or co-worker to Pure Skin Care, we will reward you with $5 Pure Bucks for your next service of $40 or more. It’s our way of saying thanks!

Coupons, Discounts & Specials
‘Pure Bucks’, coupons and specials cannot be combined with packages and other discounts. Only one coupon per person per visit.

Gift Certificates/Cards
Gift Certificates are perfect for any occasion. Gift certificates can be purchased for a dollar amount only and not a specific service or product as services and products may change from time to time. They cannot be used for tips, certain contracted services, returned or exchanged for cash.

Gratuity/Tip
In appreciation of outstanding service, an 18-20% gratuity is customary. Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. Please note that gratuities cannot be paid by credit or debit cards.
