day before
24 hours or the night before, shave and exfoliate. Ensure all soap and shampoo is thoroughly rinsed off.

day of your appointment
Do not apply moisturizer or deodorant and wear loose fitting clothing

at your appointment
Bare all or wear what you will be wearing to show your tan
Do not wear something that will leave tan lines
Disposable bikini bottoms and hair bonnets are available

after your appointment
Allow 8 hours for your tan to reach full tanning potential
No Dove soap. No shower, swimming, exercise or moisturizer during the first 8 hours while your tan sets
