Shipping Free for orders $39.99+
For orders $39.99+ (excluding tax) shipping is free and for orders less than $39.99 shipping is $3.99. Pure Skin Care uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship packages. Orders are shipped within 1 business day Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO. Pure Skin Care cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Returns – Refundable Merchandise
Unopened merchandise – Pure Skin Care products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened and/or used and/or used and are undamaged. For products returned within 60 days, a 20% restocking fee (per item) will be charged to the customer. There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us at email@example.com.
Opened skincare products – It is mandatory to speak with an esthetician before a return authorization can be obtained for your products. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 781-344-7873 to speak with an esthetician. As always, if any stinging or burning is experienced with any product, wash off immediately and contact an esthetician for further instructions.
If you receive a return authorization, you may send product back to us within 30 days for an online store credit as long as they are not more than 25% used.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive merchandise that is damaged or if an error occurs on your order, you must report the damage or error to us within 24 hours. Keep all shipping and packaging materials because we may need to call the shipping company for a visual inspection. We can then issue you a credit for any confirmed damage or send you a replacement.
Returns – Non-Refundable Merchandise
Tools, devices, cosmetic brushes, and sample sets are not eligible for return or refund.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Shipping on returns is at consumer cost. We do not pay for return shipping.
